Get To Know Legacy…

Talk With Us

Whether you meet us at a Library Talk, The Carroll County Home Show,  The Penquin Random House  Book Fair or a Masters Gardeners event, we want you to tell us about your property.

Do you have concerns about how the septic system is functioning?   Have there been no issues and you want to keep it that way?  Or are you just beginning the home buying process?

Before you purchase a property is the perfect time to know what you’re buying and avoid pitfalls.  Attendees are encouraged to ask questions.   In many cases, when requested, we schedule complementary home visits to follow-up with attendees.

A few weeks later, you’ll receive a packet containing a completed industry specific folder as suggested by the Maryland On-Site Waste Water Professionals – detailing the aspects of your particular septic system.   Inside the folder will

be your County Record and other pertinent information. We’ll also note our service date which we encourage you to record each time we service the property.

If you sell your property, this file is a great resource for your realtor to show current maintenance of your system.

Wonderful local business! An incredible local community supporter. They believe in giving back to our community. A long time supporter of the 4-H and FFA Fair..., they graciously purchased not only 3 of my children's baked goods at the fair, but stayed all evening supporting the auction and so many other youth! Such good honest people! Not only do I know them as awesome supporters of the fair, but as A customer myself. A pleasure to deal with and prompt complete service. Any question you might have is gladly answered with expertise. Excellent follow through with future scheduling set up. Every need met! I highly recommend Legacy for your septic needs.

[We’re selling our house.   The inspector] failed my septic inspection during house sale, everything was against us as we found that we had two weeks to get the septic fixed. Legacy was awesome from the get go, talking my wife off the ledge when we first called to having permits pulled the next day and finally Galen and his crew coming out to do three times what they expected because of bad soil and an undersized tank. Definitely recommend!

Legacy OffRoad Racing…

What do you do for fun? George takes his talents “Off Road!”

Legacy Offroad Racing began in 2010 running local races. Through the years the team has expanded to running in the King of the Hammers, the premier off road race in the nation and competing in the national Ultra 4 series.
The team custom builds all of its equipment in Westminster, MD and in 2017 will be racing for a national championship.

The team races in two classes of vehicle, the Unlimited class or 4400 class.  These vehicles are all custom built and are the most versatile off road racing vehicles on the planet.

Capable of climbing boulders the size of small cars, handling muddy tree lined race courses and exceeding 120 mph over the open ground.  Our second vehicle competes in the 4800 or Legends Class.  This is for lack of a better term the retirement class for unlimited vehicles.  There are some limits on the types of shock and suspension but other than that they can accomplish everything that the unlimited class can.  This class only competes for Trophies while the 4400 class competes for cash.
