I had an emergency issue arise with our septic system on Sunday night. I called multiple services that claimed to have 24-hour service, but Legacy was the only one to respond. Jenny and George talked me through the issue Sunday night and Craig came out first thing Monday morning to check my system. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. I will choose Legacy for both emergency and routine service going forward.
